Energy is essentially formless. It knows no bounds of space and time, therefore clearing your chakras of energy blocks and balancing the energy flow to reach optimum levels, does not *require* the practitioner's physical presence and it can be performed from a distance, with the same results.
Aside from its original purpose of aura cleansing and balancing, distance healing offers the added benefit of enjoying this treatment from the comfort of your home, eliminating traveling through traffic on your way to and from the session. It also increases the level of privacy, as you do not meet other clients when walking in or out of the session.
When making the appointment, you will be asked to provide one fairly recent, front facing, clear photo of yourself (alone in the picture).
If you are wondering how it works, consider the following: in this day and age we don’t even give a second thought to cell phones, wireless internet and cable. Just like with a radio show, the transmitter (therapist, crystal, etc) does not need to be physically present near the receiver (client, location, situation, relationship).
During a cleansing and balancing, you may experience any range of emotion or physical energy. Most often, your overall mood and energy does not change, but sometimes the change is very noticeable. Don't worry, that just means things are shifting and your energy is releasing and fighting to let go of worn out beliefs, rules, and limitations that no longer benefit you.
Feeling 'weird' or getting angry or depressed after a session may also occur, at times, and it is considered a good thing: it means you are growing! When we make an effort to change our lives and empower ourselves, old programming and limitations arise that need to be released. Some of these old patterns are deeply ingrained and it can appear "painful" emotionally to let them go. These effects will pass shortly.
If, on the contrary, you don't feel any different after a session, it doesn't mean that it did not work. What you are releasing determines your reaction to it.
You may feel great after one cleansing, tired after another, then sad after a third. There is no right or wrong way to feel, each experience is unique. In each instance, you are creating growth and room for your manifesting.
The length of time it takes to see results in a specific situation that you wish to address is a very personal matter. For the same issue, one person may require 1-2 sessions, while another one may need 10-15 or more.
Anthea's role as a holistic therapist is to identify blocks and overactive chakras, to cleanse your aura and to balance your energy centers; to activate your own healing abilities, but it is up to you and your energy if you will let past issues go or hold onto them. Anthea cannot change anything in your energy because it belongs to you.
