If you would like to have a set of crystals of your own and you're not quite sure what to use or where to get them from or, for whatever reason, you do not want to do so yourself, you can ask Anthea to choose a crystal or a set of crystals that match YOUR needs.
A generic chakra set (at least 7 crystals and you may find an extra crystal in there, as a gift) is selected based on typical energy needs; each of the crystals works on a specific chakra, some crystals can be used on any chakra, with positive results.
A personalized crystal set (at least 7 crystals and you may find an extra crystal in there, as a gift) is selected based on an assessment of your present energy needs, that takes place during an in-person session.These crystals will support specific aspects of your life that you are currently dealing with.
As you follow your path through life and you evolve, your needs change with you. It is recommended to attend a session periodically, in order to determine the best crystal or combination for that time and/or specific situation you are experiencing.
